The Hipsville Weekender kicks off this Friday May 10th for three days and nights of 60's style Garage Go-Go mayhem. The Event is being held at Bisley Pavillion, Bisley Camp, Brookwood, Surrey GU24 0NY. More information on accommodation and directions can be found at the Hipsville web-site. There will be loads going on over the three days including live bands, DJ's, Go-Go dancers, movies and much more, so please check out the site and get on the mailing list to make sure you keep up to date on what is happening so you don't miss a thing!
Garage Rock and Psych bands from far and wide will be appearing, such as The Masonics and King Salami & The Cumberland 3 from the U.K., The Mentalettes from Germany, The Archers from Sweden, The Norvins from France and Speedball Jnr. from Belgium, amongst many more.
